Judicial Reputation: A Conference on Neglected Justices, April 3-5, Vanderbilt Law School

This conference will open Thursday, April 3, with a keynote address delivered by G. Edward White, the David and Mary Harrison Distinguished Professor of Law at the University of Virginia School of Law. Papers will address justices who served on the early Supreme Court, the Marshall Court and during the Civil War era, the Gilded Age and the early 20th century.

Program in Constitutional Law & Theory

Vanderbilt Law School is developing a program that will allow students to focus on aspects and problems of constitutional law, including constitutional doctrine, structure and process; theories of constitutional government, liberty, law, and politics; constitutional interpretation; constitutional history and sociology; and comparative constitutionalism.
