LAW 980: Constitutional Theory Seminar
A seminar offering in-depth study of different approaches to constitutional interpretation and different conceptions of the role of the Supreme Court in the process of constitutional interpretation. Discussion will focus on a broad range of books and articles by prominent scholars in the field. Enrollment limited. [3 credit hours]
