LAW 750: Corporate Finance

A study of the basis for financial decisions of corporations and the shareholders, including an introduction to basic techniques of investment decisions, valuation and financial structure, valuation in mergers, and tender offers and corporate takeovers; and an introduction to security analysis. Pre- or co-requisite: Corporations or Corporations and Business Entities. [2 credit hours]
