LAW 918: Criminal Law Seminar

A seminar focusing on selected issues in special problems in criminal law, procedure, and policy. Topics will include substantive, procedural, and constitutional aspects of a criminal case. Pre-requisite or Co-requisite: Criminal Procedure - Investigation ( formerly Criminal Constitutional Law) or Criminal Procedure - Adjudication ( formerly Criminal Practice and Procedure).
