LAW 874: Current Constitutional Issues

In-depth study of selected constitutional cases or issues, with particular emphasis on cases or uses currently pending before or recently decided by the United States Supreme court. Attention will be given to the role and philosophy of the Supreme Court in current constitutional litigation, including different modes of judicial interpretation. Limited enrollment. [2 credit hours]
