LAW 968: Ethics and Public Policy Seminar

A seminar focusing on ethical analysis of selected public policy issues. A major research paper is required that addresses the role of values and approaches to ethics embedded in the cases, legislative debates, statutes, and regulations related to a particular public policy topic. Enrollment limited. [3 credit hours]
