Medical malpractice defense expert C.J. Gideon is the author of "The Countersuit in Medical Malpractice Litigation," in the Journal of the Tennessee Medical Association. His litigation experience encompasses all types of civil litigation. He is a member of several bar associations, including the Medico-Legal Committee of the Defense Research and Trial Lawyers Association and the Tennessee Hospital Attorneys Association.
At Vanderbilt Law School, Professor Gideon teaches Trial Advocacy.
