David L. Hudson, Jr. is a First Amendment Scholar at the Freedom Forum First Amendment Center, which is located on Vanderbilt’s campus. Professor Hudson has written 17 books, including The Rehnquist Court: Understanding Its Impact and Legacy and the forthcoming Handy Supreme Court Answer Book. He is a First Amendment contributing editor for the American Bar Association’s Preview of U.S. Supreme Court Cases.
At Vanderbilt Law School, Professor Hudson teaches First Amendment Constitutional Law.
