Lucinda Smith is director of the Nashville Pro Bono Program of the Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands. She specialized in family law for Legal Services of Middle Tennessee in the Department of Safety and in the Law Enforcement Planning Agency of the State of Tennessee.  In private practice, she focuses on family law, criminal defense litigation and appeals.

At Vanderbilt Law School, Professor Smith teaches Family Law.
