Mark Pickrell is a partner in the Trial and Appellate Section at Waller Lansden. His practice focuses on commercial and appellate litigation involving contracts, fraud, business torts, corporate governance, securities and anti-trust litigation.

A magna cum laude graduate of both Harvard College and the University of Tennessee College of Law, he clerked for Judge Boyce F. Martin, Jr. of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit before entering private practice.

At Vanderbilt Law School, Professor Pickrell has taught Federal Courts, Professional Responsibility, and coaches the National Moot Court team.
