Wendy Tucker is a private criminal defense attorney, representing individuals charged with crimes ranging from criminal trespassing to first degree murder. Professor Tucker has been involved with numerous capital murder cases and has tried dozens of jury trials in Criminal Courts in the Middle Tennessee area. Prior to entering private practice in 2000, Professor Tucker served as an Assistant Public Defender in Nashville for seven years, representing the indigent accused in a wide range of criminal matters. She is also a member of both the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and the Tennessee Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
