William Cohen serves as the Senior Litigation Counsel and Appellate Coordinator in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, and has received commendations from the Internal Revenue Serice and the Civil Rights Division of hte U.S. Department of Justice. He clerked for Chief Judge L. Clure Morton of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. He has also served as an instructor for the United States Department of Justice National Advocacy Center, and has received commendations from the Federal Bureau of Investigation, NASA and the Department of Veterans Affairs. He has served as a judge for the National Moot Court, First Amendment Moot Court Competition, and Vanderbilt University Law School Moot Court competitions.
