Colloquy is dedicated to promoting the exchange of ideas among faculty and students, and students themselves, beyond the confines of classes, office hours and study groups.
The goal of the organization is to help foster a Law School culture that supports intellectual curiosity, and rewards students for initiating and participating in discussions of important issues in the theory and practice of law.
Toward these ends, Colloquy's members will organize and sponsor various events, including faculty presentation of scholarly works to students, student presentations of their own works and lectures and panel discussions featuring prominent scholars and practitioners from within and without of the Vanderbilt community.
