The J. Reuben Clark Law Society is an outreach and community service oriented organization. Many members identify with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, but membership and participation are encouraged for people of all beliefs.

The JRCLS has three main values:

  • Public Service
  • Loyalty to the Rule of Law
  • Appreciation For the Religious Dimension in Society and in a Law Student's Personal Life 

The Vanderbilt Law School Chapter of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society is affiliated with the Nashville Attorney Chapter and the JRCLS International Board.
