VADRO, the Vanderbilt Alternative Dispute Resolution Organization, is dedicated to helping future lawyers explore alternatives to litigation. Focusing on mediation, arbitration, and negotiation, VADRO sponsors speaking events and skills workshops to give its members a chance to develop the non-litigious side of their future practice. VADRO is also responsible for Vanderbilt's entries in the Mediation, Negotiation, and Client Counseling Competition ABA competitions.
